At JCatering, we prepare your meals fresh daily using quality ingredients.
Because of the perishable nature of our food and the preparation involved,
please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
All orders placed with JCatering are non-refundable once payment has been
confirmed. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of
mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or unused days in a plan.
Please ensure you have selected the correct plan, number of pax, and
delivery details before completing your purchase.
2. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is missed due to circumstances on our end, please contact
us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time via WhatsApp at
89955786 or email at jcateringsg@gmail.com.
We will investigate the matter and respond within 2 working days.
JCatering reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution,
which may include a replacement meal on the next available delivery day
or a credit at our discretion.
3. Food Quality Concerns
If you have a concern about the quality of your meal, please contact us
within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Include your order details,
a description of the issue, and photos where possible.
We take all quality feedback seriously and will investigate thoroughly
before determining any resolution. JCatering reserves the right to make
the final decision on all quality-related claims.
4. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellations are not
accepted and no refund will be issued.
If you need to pause or stop your subscription going forward, please
refer to our delivery change policy and contact us with at least 2
working days notice.
5. Public Holidays and Disruptions
JCatering does not deliver on Singapore public holidays. Affected
delivery days will be communicated in advance and are not eligible
for refund or replacement.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather,
kitchen emergencies, or force majeure events, JCatering will notify
customers as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to arrange
alternative delivery arrangements.
