Welcome to JCatering. By accessing our website at jcatering.com.sg or
placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms
of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About JCatering

JCatering is a Singapore-based tingkat meal delivery service providing
fresh, home-cooked daily meals delivered islandwide, Monday to Friday.

2. Orders and Payment

- All orders must be placed and paid for through our website at
  jcatering.com.sg.
- Payment must be completed in full before your subscription begins.
- We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayNow.
- All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- No GST is charged on your order. The price displayed is the final
  price you pay.
- A 15% introductory discount is currently applied to all plans.
  JCatering reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.

3. Delivery

- JCatering delivers islandwide across Singapore, Monday to Friday,
  excluding Singapore public holidays.
- Lunch delivery: 10am to 1pm.
- Dinner delivery: 4pm to 7pm.
- Delivery times are estimates. JCatering is not liable for delays
  caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If you are not home during delivery, meals will be left at your door.
  JCatering is not responsible for meals left unattended after delivery.

4. Subscription Plans

- JCatering offers 4 plan options: 5 Days, 10 Days, 16 Days, and
  20 Days, available for 1 to 5 pax.
- Each plan covers weekday deliveries (Monday to Friday) only.
- Public holidays are excluded and will be communicated in advance.

5. Changes and Cancellations

- To pause, reschedule, or update your delivery address, please
  contact us via WhatsApp at 89955786 or email jcateringsg@gmail.com
  with at least 2 working days notice.
- Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, cancellations are
  not accepted and no refund will be issued.
- JCatering reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order in
  the event of circumstances beyond our control, with reasonable
  notice provided to the customer.

6. Food and Allergens

- JCatering meals are prepared in a central kitchen that handles
  various ingredients including nuts, eggs, seafood, soy, and gluten.
- JCatering is not halal-certified. Our food contains no pork and
  no lard, but our kitchen is not a halal-certified facility.
- Customers with specific dietary requirements or allergies are
  responsible for ensuring our menu is suitable for their needs.
  JCatering is not liable for allergic reactions.

7. Complaints and Disputes

- All complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of the relevant
  delivery via WhatsApp or email with supporting photos where possible.
- JCatering will investigate all complaints and respond within 2
  working days.
- JCatering's decision on all complaint resolutions is final.

8. Limitation of Liability

JCatering's liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of
the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental,
or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on jcatering.com.sg, including text, images, logos, and
design, is the property of JCatering and may not be reproduced without
written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any
disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore
courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

JCatering reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any
time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance
of the updated terms.
