Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

JCatering delivers islandwide across Singapore. This includes all
HDB estates, condominiums, and landed properties across all regions
of Singapore.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your specific address, please
WhatsApp us at 89955786 before placing your order. We will confirm
within the same day.

2. Delivery Days and Times

- We deliver Monday to Friday only.
- We do not deliver on weekends or Singapore public holidays.
- Lunch delivery: 10am to 1pm
- Dinner delivery: 4pm to 7pm

Public holidays that fall on weekdays will be communicated to
subscribers in advance.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and are
calculated at checkout. Charges are transparent and shown before
payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery Instructions

- Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, or
  designate a safe spot at your door for the rider to leave the food.
- JCatering riders will leave meals at your door if no one is home.
- JCatering is not responsible for meals left unattended after
  delivery, including spoilage due to prolonged exposure to heat.

5. Missed Deliveries

If your delivery was not received and you believe it was not delivered,
please contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at 89955786 or email
jcateringsg@gmail.com with your order details.

We will investigate and respond within 2 working days.

6. Address Changes

To update your delivery address, please contact us at least 2 working
days before the affected delivery date via WhatsApp at 89955786 or
email jcateringsg@gmail.com.

Address changes made with less than 2 working days notice cannot be
guaranteed.

7. Delivery Delays

JCatering makes every effort to deliver within the stated time windows.
However, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic conditions,
weather, or other factors beyond our control.

In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as
possible. JCatering is not liable for losses arising from delivery
delays.
